Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. Heinen’s CARE Certified 93% ground turkey
1 (8 oz.) package Heinen’s recipe ready diced onions
½ bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 (8 oz. can) Heinen’s tomato sauce
¼ cup Heinen’s ketchup
2 tsp. Heinen’s light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Heinen’s yellow mustard
4 Heinen’s brioche buns

Directions
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the turkey and onion, breaking up the meat with a spatula. Cook until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in the bell pepper and garlic. Cook until aromatic.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Serve the meat mixture over the brioche buns.
